Conventional Paper Check Payment ls the preferred method of payment for all purchase orders.

*Unless A Credit Card ls Used At The Time An Order ls Placed, There Will Be A 3.50% Processing Fee Charged On All Credit Cards Used To Pay Purchase Orders

For Harkins Safety to accept a purchase order, all companies must provide Harkins Safety with an actual copy of the purchase order.

ALL PURCHASE ORDERS must include at a minimum. All information relative to merchandise being purchased, including:

• Quantities
• Stock Numbers
• Description
• Unit Prices
• Shipping/Handling
• Bill To Address
• Ship To Address
• Name
• Contact information Of Person
• Ordering
• Name of the ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Contact Person With Phone Number And Email Address.

Orders cannot be processed until all information is provided!
