Didn’t love what you ordered? Harkins Safety is happy to coordinate a resolution within 15 days of your receipt date under the following guidelines:
Custom-designed items that do not match the approved proof, will be reprocessed correctly, and replaced as quickly as possible.
Harkins Safety’s posters and banners are made to order, therefore, will incur a 50% restock fee plus the cost of shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed once merchandise is received back at the Harkins Safety facility in original packaging and in new condition.
We offer a full replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective. A Harkins Safety Customer Service team member will work directly with you to understand the issue and coordinate a prompt replacement.
Custom PPE orders are non-refundable, however, if the customization provides does not match the approved proof, the items will be reprocessed correctly, and replaced as quickly as possible.
Stock PPE (non-customized) orders may be returned for store credit, and must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser. 20% restocking fee applies to all Stock PPE returns.
